2008 Roketa 250 cc motor scooter, water cooled, is classified as a motorcycle. I bought it new and have put 1100 miles on it. It is supposed to run a top speed of 70 mph. I haven't had the desire to put it there. 70 miles to a gallon of gas according to the speedometer. A real gas saver. It is fun to ride , operates and runs very good.
