General Manager: Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. The position reports to the Area Supervisor and may supervise 15 - 20 restaurant employees per shift with direct accountability for all operations throughout restaurant.
Assistant Manager: Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant. The position reports to the Restaurant General Manager and may supervise 15 - 20 restaurant employees per shift with direct accountability for all operational results for each shift worked.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be customer focused, cost conscious and hardworking. This position requires a hands-on dedicated approach and willingness to work weekday, weekend & evening shifts as needed. Must be upbeat & personable who makes good decisions quickly and strives to motivate and effectively manage all staff members. Must have excellent employment history with solid references and willing to submit to a background check that consists of any past or present misdemeanors, felonies, bad checks, aasalts, warrants, etc. If you have any of these or anything that will show up on your background check do not apply. Also you must submit to a six week paid training program in North Carolina where your expenses will be paid. High School Graduate or equivalent, advanced education preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in a full service restaurant as a General Manager, Assistant Manager or comparable position. Please do not apply if you have no restaurant management experience. Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
Compensation is based on Experience.
